Making Changes ...

I get it - you want to make some changes to your health.  And changing how you breathe is a great way to start, especially if you struggle with asthma, hayfever, insomnia, snoring, sleep apnoea, chronic fatigue, anxiety/stress or other breathing related problems.   And what you eat can have an impact on how you are breathing.  But how do you know what you should be eating and what you should be avoiding?  That's where I come in!  I've been working with Dina Ceniza of The Breathe Clinic and have put together a meal plan for you to follow.  I include 3 weeks of meal plans, complete with recipes, prep guides, nutritional info, and shopping lists - everything you need to help you make those changes easily.

Every recipe is gluten free, dairy free, and sugar free

and delicious!
